At Digital Frontiers we pride ourselves on being a trusted partner to the development sector, co-creating and implementing programmes that have proven impact. Established in 2015 as a non-profit organisation, we have a global team across 32 countries within Africa, Asia, United States of America, United Kingdom and Europe.
We’re working toward a world where 20% of future jobs will be dedicated to solving the world’s greatest problems and we do that by enabling our clients, donors, partners, and everyday people in the global south with the capabilities and human connections they need to create a better future. At Digital Frontiers we believe in driving an eco-system of problem solvers. We are the platform for the workforce for good.
Our funders both past and present include The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Omidyar Networks (Flourish Ventures), FSD Africa, UNCDF and MasterCard Foundation. Digital Frontiers has a hybrid business model that includes commercial activities so that we too can co-fund our initiatives while establishing ourselves as a sustainable organisation.

human connections to create a better future
Join Our Growing Team
At Digital Frontiers we are always looking for ‘unicorns’ to join our growing organisation. We have a global team of over 180 in over 32 countries all working with a common purpose – to make the world a better place through strengthened capabilities and human connections. Whilst we do have a list of vacancies you can peruse, and we may be on the lookout for certain skills to fit those vacancies, we also pride ourselves on hiring the person, not the skillset – as our CEO Gavin likes to say, ‘if cauliflower can be pizza, you can be anything,’. We also pride ourselves in having built a culture that embraces and fosters diversity, equity and inclusion – we really do practice what we teach! If you want to know more, you can view our current vacancies or get in touch.
