Our Digital Financial Inclusion Supervision (DFIS) graduate’s research shaped the E-Money Issue Regulation, a pivotal component of Trinidad and Tobago’s payment regulation framework. Through Digital Frontiers Institute’s specialised programme elements, this student expanded her knowledge on consumer protection and regulatory impact assessment, strengthening her expertise in legislative development. This student applied their knowledge in assessing the effectiveness of legislation and regulations when they become law.
