Nebiat Tekle, a graduate of the Gender Equality Changemakers (GEC) programme, embarked on a mission within his organisation, where over 75% of the workforce were women to assess gender gaps and craft solutions. His capstone project was focused on how to increase the number of women in leadership positions. He has started to do weekly knowledge-sharing sessions and mentorship championing gender equality, breaking barriers in a male-dominated banking sector.
