Digital Frontiers announces the appointment of Kate Bravery as Non-Executive Director to its Board.
Cape Town, 22nd May 2022. Digital Frontiers has announced today the appointment of Kate Bravery to its board of directors.
Kate is a seasoned Corporate Psychologist with an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management. In her current role as Advisory Solutions and Insights Global Leader at Mercer, Kate is working with the World Economic Forum to articulate and synthesise how the Future of Work is being reset; from understanding different industries’ skill gaps and their challenges around upskilling and redeployment to making progress on race and gender equity. “We are living through exceptional times where professional development and sustainable impact are critical. As new ways of working and learning continue to proliferate around the world, I am excited to partner with the leadership team at Digital Frontiers and use my experience and passion for growth markets and insights into capability building businesses to help think through and design what future skills and professions might look like.”
“We are delighted to have Kate join the board,” commented David Porteous, Co-Founder and Chairman of Digital Frontiers. “Kate joins at a time when the organisation is on a growth trajectory and her extensive knowledge in scaling human capital and in-depth understanding of how to approach redefining the future way of working in a post-pandemic world will play an important role in strengthening the organisation and enabling us to serve our purpose of building the capabilities and human connections to create a better future.”
Of her appointment to the board, Kate said, “I am looking forward to adding my voice to the dynamic and diverse board of Digital Frontiers. I believe my background; driving growth in the human capital consulting space, building capabilities in professional services and helping companies deliver on their future work agendas is a great fit for where the company is today.”
