Cape Town, September 30th, 2025 – After nine incredible years of dedicated service, Xavier Martin Palomas, Chief Operating Officer at Digital Frontiers, will be leaving the organisation to pursue new opportunities. 

Digital Frontiers is proud to celebrate Xavier’s remarkable contributions and lasting impact on the organisation. Since joining in 2016, Xavier has been instrumental in guiding Digital Frontiers through a period of significant growth and transformation. His leadership has strengthened operations, inspired teams across the globe, and ensured the organisation’s continued success in delivering high-impact learning experiences that drive inclusive development in the digital economy. 

Xavier started at Digital Frontiers as a Stream Lead and Experience Director for the leading markets, technology and enablers specialisation. In this role, he helped launch our Inclusive and Instant Payment Systems programme and shaped several Certified Digital Finance Practitioner modules, such as Consumer Protection and Money Transfers. Over the past two years, he has carried this spirit of innovation and dedication into his role as Chief Operating Officer, where he helped maintain operational excellence and strengthened the organisation for the future.
