David Porteous is a governance solutions expert with over 25 years of experience in fintech, development finance, and edtech. He is the founder and CEO of Integral: Governance Solutions, where he addresses governance challenges in early-stage tech ventures, ESG issues, and digital public infrastructure. A co-founder and former board chair of Digital Frontiers, David has supported global capacity building for the Sustainable Development Goals. Holding a PhD in Economics from Yale and certified in professional coaching, he has consulted for financial regulators and digital financial service providers across Africa, Asia, and Latin America. His work emphasises the importance of capable, accountable leadership in fostering good governance and human flourishing.
