Fatima Behardien is a Project Manager within our Digital Learning Solutions team. She is responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of our digital learning solutions, ensuring they are delivered within budget and on schedule. Fatima’s role also includes client reporting, milestone tracking, stakeholder communication, and negotiating supplier contracts. Fatima has over ten years of professional project management experience and is qualified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. As a qualified chemical engineer with experience in several industries, including Petrochemical, Food and Beverage, Aviation, and Climate Change, Fatima has successfully delivered complex projects and driven efficiency-focused solutions.
Fatima’s experience has provided her with a strong foundation in process improvement, operational excellence, and leadership, equipping her to manage our digital learning solutions efficiently, ensuring we deliver not only premium learning experiences but also deliver on client objectives.
