Kate Bravery is a Non-Executive Director of the Board of Digital Frontiers NPC and Chair of our People and Remuneration Committee. She is a strategic business leader with deep expertise in shaping the future of work and building sustainable organisations. She is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist (BPS) with an MBA, combining scientific rigour and commercial acumen to unlock human potential and improve decision-making at leadership and board levels. Kate is experienced in global workforce transformation, talent strategies, and diversity initiatives through partnerships with the World Economic Forum and her work at Mercer. She is passionate about leveraging technology, machine learning, and data ethics to drive adaptability and sustainability in organisations. Kate has a global perspective which has been gained from living and working across five continents, with a strong focus on cross-cultural leadership, AI and systemic change.
