She has managed Communities of Practice (CoPs) focused on Digital Financial Inclusion and Gender Equity. With over a decade of experience in the development sector, Kauthar is passionate about convening and supporting changemakers to drive inclusive growth and lasting social impact. Kauthar holds a Postgraduate Degree in Social Development from the University of Cape Town and is a Certified Gender Equity Changemaker through our Digital Frontiers Institute.
