Nqobile Khumalo

Nqobile Khumalo is an experienced Human Resources (HR) professional with a Degree in Tourism Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration. She joined Digital Frontiers in January 2021 as the Assistant Community of Practice Manager and transitioned into her current role as HR Business Partner in January 2025. As part of the Corporate Services team, Nqobile plays a key role in cultivating a thriving workplace by managing talent, supporting employee well-being, and aligning people strategies with organisational goals.

Nqobile's passions lie in community building. She believes in the power of community to drive meaningful change and is passionate about creating spaces where people feel valued, heard, and inspired.
