With over two decades of leadership in international development, Todd Malone has held key roles, including Managing Director and Executive Vice President at BroadReach Health Development, where he spearheaded the Health Development business unit with an annual revenue of 38 million USD. His tenure there saw him manage over 1,000 global staff and deliver on significant projects like the PEPFAR-funded initiatives valued at over 200 million USD.

Todd’s career is marked by his ability to forge strong partnerships with governments, funders, and implementing partners worldwide. His previous roles include Chief of Party for the USAID/PEPFAR programs in South Africa and Regional Vice President for Africa, Latin America, and Global Projects at Pact, Inc., where he oversaw project activities worth over 100 million USD annually across 25 countries. Beyond his professional achievements, Todd is a thought leader in strategic business development, operations, and organisational capacity building. He holds a Master's in Public Health from the University of Manchester and a Master's in Educational Administration, Planning, and Social Policy from the University of Cape Town.
